All classes are confirmed upon completion of booking. Your payment receipt will act as booking confirmation. Please make sure you provide us with a valid and active email address, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered or bounced back booking confirmation emails due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters or firewalls.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start as students are required to check in and classes start on times. 

Exchanges, Credits and Refunds

Should you need to cancel a reservation for a booked class, you will receive a full refund for any cancellation made four (4) days or more prior to the class date. 

Cancellations made three (3) days or fewer before the class date will incur a 30% “cost of goods” fee (based on the total fee paid) with the remainder put on a cookery class voucher that can be applied toward a future class, however, no refunds, exchanges or vouchers will be given to changes or cancellations made on the day of the class or for no shows – no exceptions will be made.

Reservations are fully transferable. If you are unable to attend a class, someone else may attend in your place without notice. Changes and cancellations may be made in person or by calling us during business hours at 087-955 3014 (Fanny Binder) or 086-212 3895 (Tara Zuluaga) and speaking directly to one us. Due to timing issues we cannot accept or honour cancellations left via phone message or on voicemail. We try not to cancel our classes but in the event that we have to a full refund will be given.

Substitutions and Class Format

We reserve the right to substitute ingredients, menus, recipes, chefs and instructors. Our classes are demonstration-style unless labelled differently. Classes are limited to 20 seats, unless stated differently.
