Ingredients
- 50 g sunflower seed
- 50 g pumpkin seed
- 50 g hemp seed
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g millet flakes
- 2 tblsp raw cocoa powder
- 50 ml raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Method

In a large frying pan, carefully dry roast the seeds constantly moving them around

Until light brown or start popping

Transfer to a large bowl

Add cayenne, turmeric and hazelnuts

Add the tamari to the warm seed and stir till well mixed and steam has evaporated

Seeds will be crunchy after cooling

Let cool and store in a dry cool place

Use as healthy snack or salad and soup topping
