If you need some tips and tricks on your vegan or just dairy-free journey, we got you covered. In this class, we’ll be making delicious vegan cheese alternatives with natural, plant-based ingredients.
So, what are the alternatives?! We’ll be using nuts and seeds to create some yummy vegan cheeses. They are perfect for making delicious, dairy-like foods and drinks.
What will the class be about?
In the vegan cheese making class we’ll explore many options to satisfy your cheese cravings. You’ll be tasting a feta alternative and a seed-mozarella version and will learn many more tricks for vegan cheese making. The session will include cooking demonstrations, food tasting, nutritional advice, and lots of delicious recipes for you to take home and try yourself
We want to get you to making cheese right away, and the recipes we’ll give you are easy to recreate, are full of nutritious ingredients for a balanced, healthy vegan lifestyle.
