This is the ultimate seasonal eating class we love it as it is also touching on sustainability and preserving biodiversity as close as your back garden. April is the season for eating greens, shoots and leaves from the “wildlife” of Ireland. We will create amazing, delicious and nourishing enzyme and fibre rich dishes from weeds, greens, seaweeds and other delights you can find on a trip through the countryside or your even your lawn.
