It Takes Guts to be Healthy

In this course, we explore foods that restore gut health and the theory behind a functioning digestive system. Over four evenings, we will focus on detoxing, healing, fats, fibre and fermentation. With nutritious and healing recipes to strengthen your immune system and reduce inflammation.
