Starting with nutty milk we will explore alternatives to butter, yoghurt and of course cheese.
In the vegan cheese making class, we’ll explore many options to satisfy your cheese cravings. You’ll be tasting a feta alternative and a seed-mozzarella version and will learn many more tricks for fermented vegan cheese making. The session will include cooking demonstrations, food tasting, nutritional advice, and lots of delicious recipes for you to take home and try yourself.
